Our four core varieties cover a wide range of needs and taste preferences:

Oat bars are the ideal all-rounder. They deliver long-lasting energy, keep you pleasantly full, and fit perfectly into an active lifestyle – whether at the office, on the go, or after sports.
Seed bars, such as our sesame brittle, impress with their distinctive crunch and pure, honest taste – a classic for everyone who loves a crisp bite.
Coconut bars add variety to the shelf: mild, aromatic, and slightly exotic – ideal for those who snack consciously without sacrificing enjoyment.

And the best part: thanks to our custom recipe development, our bars can be produced vegan and in organic quality. In addition, we flexibly and brand-appropriately meet specific customer requirements such as vitamin fortification, low-carb concepts, or high-protein variants. Due to our special production process, all snacks are also gluten-free, soy-free, and lactose-free – without any compromise on taste or enjoyment.

Nut bars

Our nut bars stand for variety, flavor, and true individuality. Thanks to our flexible recipe development, a wide range of nut types can be combined – from peanuts, hazelnuts, and almonds to pecans. Our seed bars stand for pure enjoyment, a distinctive crunch, and true craftsmanship. The story of Schock/Samcros began with our sesame brittle – our very first bar and, to this day, a true classic. Crunchy seeds, gently processed and refined with real honey, create an intense flavor and an unmistakable texture.

In addition to the classic sesame brittle, we also develop seed bars individually according to customer requirements.
