Sales management

Sales is the largest team at Samcros and the central interface to our customers. It consists of three Key Account Managers, five Customer Sales Managers, and one Project Manager who oversees workflows and timelines for selected projects. The team is additionally supported by a working student.

As the first point of contact, our sales team accompanies customers from the initial inquiry through to implementation. They provide expert advice on product and packaging concepts and, through close coordination with internal departments, ensure efficient and precisely tailored execution of customer requirements.

Supply chain management

This department forms the foundation for smooth value creation. We ensure that quantities and information flow continuously and reliably along the entire supply chain – from procurement through production and delivery to the customer. In doing so, we transparently connect all relevant internal and external interfaces.

The focus is on efficient, customer-oriented production planning and control. Through forward-looking planning, clear processes, and close coordination, we achieve high delivery reliability while keeping costs and resources in view. The result is a high-performing supply chain that combines service quality with economic efficiency.

Process management

Process management at Samcros ensures structure, transparency, and smooth workflows across the company. The team consists of two permanent employees - the department head and another team member—and is supported by a working student. Together, they keep a constant overview of processes, interfaces, and internal operations.

As a central coordination unit, they ensure that all internal processes work together efficiently. Through clear structures, forward-looking planning, and close coordination with specialist departments, process management guarantees smooth, well-coordinated, and reliable operations in both day-to-day business and projects.

Our warehouse

Our warehouse forms the logistical backbone of Samcros. With two experienced employees, the team ensures that raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products are always available and reliably provided.

Through careful organization, clear oversight, and close coordination with production and shipping, the warehouse guarantees a smooth flow of materials. In this way, the team makes a significant contribution to efficient internal operations and the on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
