Quality that connects processes

Quality management at Samcros supports all relevant steps along the value chain. From raw material inspection and process and production controls through to packaging, we ensure that defined quality and safety standards are consistently met. Clear procedures and documented checks provide transparency and traceability.

In addition, we work with accredited laboratories to carry out analyses and tests independently and reliably. Through close collaboration with product development, production, packaging, and sales, quality management is firmly integrated into all processes. This ensures consistent quality, safe products, and the reliable implementation of customer-specific requirements.

Safety comes first at Schock

That’s why we make no compromises when it comes to technical optimizations in quality management. Modern technologies support us in reliably ensuring the highest level of product safety and consistent quality.

Among other measures, we use optical sorters for raw materials with shells such as peanuts, pumpkin seeds, or almonds, complemented by additional manual inspection. This is further supported by X-ray detectors and metal detectors on all production lines. In this way, we ensure that our products meet the highest safety standards – consistently, comprehensively, and responsibly.

Certifications are a central part of our understanding of quality and responsibility. They create transparency, build trust, and give our customers the assurance that products are manufactured according to clearly defined standards.

At Samcros, we hold the EU organic and vegan certification. It enables the development and production of organic snacks in accordance with current EU regulations and underlines our commitment to controlled raw materials, traceable processes, and reliable quality – from the origin of the ingredients to the finished product.
