Our classic: the sesame brittle bar

The sesame brittle bar is both the origin and the heart of the Schock range. As the company’s very first bar, it has stood for decades for honest enjoyment, carefully selected ingredients, and artisanal quality. Crunchy sesame seeds, gently processed and perfectly caramelized, give it its characteristic bite and unmistakable flavor that has convinced generations of customers.

At the same time, the sesame brittle bar shows how tradition and continuous development go hand in hand at Schock. Alongside the classic recipe, modern variations are now available, including vegan options without honey that appeal to new target groups and meet current dietary needs. Seasonal bars add variety to the range and capture the flavors of each season. During the warmer months, fruity and refreshing oat bars with dried fruits stand out. They are free from chocolate coating and therefore pose no risk of melting at higher temperatures.

In autumn and winter, seasonal varieties create special moments of enjoyment.
