From the idea…

Based on current trends as well as our customers’ wishes and preferences, initial product ideas are created. On this basis, we develop preliminary recipes that serve as the starting point for further refinement.

Once an idea takes shape, we work closely with our manufacturing team. The recipes are developed, tested, and refined step by step until flavor, texture, and functionality are convincing. Along this path, we have already developed more than 1,000 different recipes at Schock.

Only when a recipe meets all requirements – from quality and consistency to flavor and customer-specific specifications – do we consider it ready for production. This ensures that every product meets our high standards and can be reliably transferred into manufacturing.
